THE FROGGYMOUTH IS POSITIONED BETWEEN THE LIPS..

It is worn for 15 minutes a day, in front of a television screen or a computer screen raised to eye level.

THE FROGGYMOUTH IS WORN BETWEEN THE LIPS AND IS THEREFORE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL ORTHODONTIC APPLIANCES, ,

EXCEPT FOR THE PALATAL EXPANDER IF IT TAKES UP SPACE IN THE PALATE.

In this latter case, you can start functional rehabilitation only after the expander has been removed.

THE FROGGYMOUTH TREATMENT IS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN FROM 3 YEARS OLD, ADOLESCENTS, AND ADULTS..

IT IS INDICATED WHEN A POOR TONGUE POSITION IS DIAGNOSED (DURING SWALLOWING, BREATHING, AND AT REST).

AN ANATOMICALLY STABLE ENVIRONMENT IS REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE EFFECTIVE REHABILITATION.

It is generally advised to postpone functional rehabilitation treatment when the following elements are observed: continuation of sucking habits (pacifier, bottle, etc.), a palate too narrow for the tongue to find a physiological position, and major occlusal imbalance (crossbite, deep bite).

CLINICAL STUDIES HAVE SHOWN SIGNIFICANT RESULTS WITHIN 10 WEEKS OF TREATMENT.

However, the duration can vary from one patient to another.

TYPICALLY, THE AUTOMATED CORRECTION OF TONGUE POSITION WITH FROGGYMOUTH LASTS BETWEEN 2 TO 6 MONTHS.

This treatment duration is indicative and should not dictate the end of treatment.
